We are seeking a dedicated Tele caller to join our healthcare team. The primary responsibility of this role is to follow up with doctors and patients regarding appointments, treatments, and medical instructions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient-centric approach, and the ability to handle sensitive medical information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Tele calling of leads –

• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads.
• Introduce company products / services and explain their benefits.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
