Job description

As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you'll take ownership of mission-critical UI platforms and drive product and engineering excellence across the board. Your focus will be on building high-performance, scalable, and maintainable frontends using React.js while also collaborating with backend, DevOps, and AI-focused teams to deliver seamless end-to-end :

Architect and implement performant, responsive, and accessible user interfaces in React.js .
Lead frontend best practices across teams from component design to testing strategy.
Collaborate with product and design to bring complex UX workflows to life.
Drive engineering velocity through thoughtful tooling, reusable components, and modern CI / CD workflows.
Optimize build pipelines and frontend developer experience (e. g., module federation, Vite, or Webpack tweaks).
Champion open API design and alignment with backend and AI teams.
Write high-quality RFCs and lead cross-functional discussions on frontend architecture.
Mentor other engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.

Requirements :

7-10 years of frontend engineering experience, with 6+ years of deep hands-on React.js work.

Advanced understanding of component-based architecture, state management (Redux or equivalent), and performance optimization techniques.

Strong experience with modern frontend build systems and testing frameworks.

Familiarity with or interest in AI developer tools like Cursor, Devin, Windsurf, etc.

Belief in clean code, open API contracts, and a product-first mindset.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, you're the one others turn to for clarity and leadership.
