Deputy Manager - Logistics

Role Purpose :

This role is responsible for overall dispatching of FG products as per the Plan and to meet the target without any compromise. He / She is also responsible for maintaining the Production quality during the time of loading of FG and carry out the smooth dispatch of product.

Roles and Responsibility :

• Maintain Inventory maintenance of production planning, manufacturing, shipment / delivery and returns on products.
• Maintain comprehension of legal documents, such as contracts or import / export agreements.
• Manage vendor relationships (e.g., third party logistics).
• Identify and manage risk within the supply chain.
• Address tactical and strategic supply chain issues.
• Understand customers needs, service those needs, and maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customers On-time delivery as per customer Orders.
• Monitoring of Quality Objectives trend.
• Update all performance monitoring records like Aspect Impact register, Risk & opportunities & Compliance.
• Maintain and store all different type of wastes in designated in different containers.
• Billing of FG production in SAP during the dispatch and update the vehicle details in PANDO.
• Ensure Safety compliance - Driver Safety, Workman safety during loading / unloading.

Role Specific Competencies :

Education Qualification :

Graduation in any Specialization / Dip. in SCM

Experience :

8 to 10 years of Work experience in the manufacturing set up
