T&P is a Payments Consulting firm with the Partners having 100+ cumulative years of experience across companies like VISA, Uber, JP Morgan Chase, Expedia, Microsoft, Paypal, Shopback (Hoolah) and 40+ freelance consultants providing high profile, high impact business and management consulting services in the payments domain. T&P has partnered with to open a GCC center in India. We have already onboarded 11 people who work exclusively for Yuno under the payroll of Mitt Arv.

About the role

• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and decision-making within your squad.
• Participate in the agile software development process, ensuring technical excellence and efficient delivery.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other engineers, fostering growth and best practices.
• Take ownership of the full lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to align technical decisions with business goals.
• Architect, design, and implement APIs and microservices using cutting-edge

technologies.
