We are looking for ideal candidate for TNS mobile India pvt ltd. which is the channel sales distribution partner of HMD global and on the payrolls of Would you be open for this(if yes). then continue as following :
We take brief introduction of candidate about his / her current and past experience. We confirm if he has the same (channel sales Distribution) experience with Telecom, Handset, Consumer Durable and FMCG industry.
We ask about the sales teams being managed by the candidate. We ask how many RDS / MDs outlet / retailers are being managed by the Sales team being handled by him. We ask him about the current jobs arrangement / association with his employer (off-roll / on-roll). If we think candidate is fit and suitable for the profile,
We tell him / her that for which profile we are hiring and it is an off-roll profile and he / she would be the employee of and would report to TNS and Reporting Manager.

If recruiter is convinced / sure about candidates interest level , line up the candidate for interview panel First level interview by the Project Mangers interview (skype / telephonic) If the candidate has cleared the Project Managers round, line up for Client (TNS) round (2) 2nd round of interview with RBM of TNS.
If the candidate is selected then he qualifies for the final round. 3rd round of interview will be with GM / HSOP, this will additionally include HR evaluation where candidate will be assessed on attitude, soft skills, culture adaptability, qualifications. Selected candidate will be closed by .
Roll out the offer letter. Induction training on very first day of Joining about process policies. followed by TNS Org / Process / Product training. Ideal candidates industry type : The candidate should have experience in at least one of the following industries - Handset industry / Telecom / Consumer Durable / FMCG.
The overall experience should be up to a maximum of 8-10 years (max age 34 years). The candidate should have at least 3-4 years should be channel sales distribution experience and 3-4 years of experience of Managing Sales Teams
