Job description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager for Leading Software Developer Company in Indore. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, leading a team of recruiters, handling business units, acting as a business partner, and ensuring the timely fulfilment of hiring needs across various departments.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

Utilize various channels to attract top talent

Lead, mentor team of recruiters

Manage interviews, candidates evaluation, offer negotiation, coordinate for pre-employment checks

Track & share recruitment metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports.

Coordinate & sync up with business units for their hiring needs

Skill Sets / Requirements

Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Hands on with advanced Excel / Google Spreadsheet
