Job description

Position : Staffing & Business Development Head – Middle East

Location : Chennai (Work from Office)

Employment Type : Full-time

Work Timings : 7 : 00 PM – 4 : 00 AM (Gulf Coordination Shift)

Key Responsibilities

Staffing & Operations

  • Develop and implement staffing strategies for UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait & Bahrain .
  • Lead recruitment and operations teams, ensuring smooth delivery and mobilization.
  • Oversee end-to-end hiring cycles including sourcing, screening, deployment, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Manage Middle East documentation, visa processes, onboarding, and mobilization.
  • Ensure SLA adherence, operational excellence, and process governance.
  • Optimize ATS, dashboards, and recruitment analytics.

Sales & Business Development (Mandatory)

  • Generate new business from Middle East clients —IT, non-IT, engineering, project staffing, and contracting firms.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new staffing opportunities across GCC markets.
  • Build and grow strong client relationships with HR heads, procurement teams, project managers, and CXOs.
  • Pitch staffing solutions, negotiate commercials, finalize contracts, and onboard new clients.
  • Expand Middle East revenue streams and support organizational growth plans.
  • Conduct client presentations, BD meetings, and staffing consultations.
  • 🎯 Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / Postgraduate with 10–15 years of Middle East Staffing + Sales / BD experience .
  • Proven track record in winning new clients, driving sales cycles, and achieving revenue targets .
  • Strong background in GCC recruitment, operations, mobilization, and compliance .
  • Experience in both white-collar and blue-collar hiring preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
  • Strong knowledge of staffing operations, ATS platforms, and recruitment metrics.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to scale teams and processes.
