Key Areas of Exposure

Statutory and Tax Audits (IND AS and IGAAP Financial Statements)

Income tax litigation (Assessment and Appeals)

Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance (Income Tax, TDS, GST)

Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting

ROC filings and Company Law matters

Client handling across varied industries
