PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Job Overview :

The successful candidate, under the guidance of the Workplace Solutions Manager, will assist in the operations of the CBS Pune site and provide general support to leadership team. This role focuses on creating a positive office atmosphere, thriving in a dynamic environment and performing administrative activities. The position is proactive and ensures workplace services are delivered consistently and team member experience is maximized.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Assist visitors with visitor arrival and departure process
  • Ensure visitors (customers, vendors, job applicants and other etc.) are properly displaying Cencora issued temporary identification.
  • Provide room reservation guidance.
  • Support in cafeteria operations at site
  • Coordinate with Workplace Solutions Manager for transportation services.
  • Receive and fulfill concierge requests.
  • Perform administrative duties
  • Maintain visitor sign in / sign out technology and equipment.
  • Coordinate with on-site security or badge administrator regarding card access issues.
  • Communicate with day porters when service is needed.
  • Accept deliveries and route to recipient or designated location.
  • Direct first responders to appropriate location in emergency services.
  • Assist associates with questions related to badging, directions, etc.
  • Manage necessary office supplies and equipment supplies to include taking inventory & ordering supplies.
  • Assist guests and visitors with printing from the printer.
  • Open access doors to assist hosts with bringing guests into the building.
  • Assist in coordinating internal company events and onboarding processes for new joiners.
  • Coordinate with vendors for workplace-related services.
  • Raise risks to the Workplace Solutions Manager when necessary.

Experience and Educational Requirements :

Requires broad training in field such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer science or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of three-year degree program.

Minimum Skill, Knowledge and Ability Requirements :

  • Must have customer focus and an outstanding customer service mindset.
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize, tolerate stress and work under pressure.
  • Must be able to problem-solve with the customers’ best interest in mind.
  • Must have elevated written and verbal communication skills, be able to listen and be detail oriented.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to make customer feel welcome by utilizing a personable approach to service and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Must be able to handle emotional, confrontational people in a calm and professional manner and never lose composure.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, MS Teams and Share Point is required.
  • EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

    Min Diploma and above Industry experience Team player, interpersonal and communication skills An outgoing and versatile self-starter Able to work independently 2 years experience in a similar or related field

    Regional Director

    MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS :

    Mandatory

    Multi tasking Decision making 2 years administrative experience Good at English grammar Excellent organizational skills Ability to effectively priorities time and work

    Preferred

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Proficient in typewriting
