Description

We are seeking a talented and creative UI / UX Designer to join our team.

The UI / UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and user experiences for our digital products and platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and project goals.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and identify user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user interactions.
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and user experience.
• Develop style guides, design systems, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, user testing, and usability studies, incorporating changes and refinements as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI / UX design, and advocate for user-centred design principles within the organization.
