I. Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of professional experience and a proven track record of building and deploying high-performance, scalable web applications . This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing core products, requiring a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end JavaScript frameworks . The developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering modern, responsive, and efficient web solutions using the MERN stack with a strong focus on React, Next.js, Fastify, and TypeScript .

II. Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Develop robust and efficient API services using Node.js and Fastify, focusing on speed, scalability, and minimal overhead.
• Build and maintain modern, server-side rendered (SSR) and static front-ends using Next.js for fast, SEO-friendly experiences.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and consistency across the stack by implementing and championing TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure reliability and maintainability.
• Participate in peer code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Identify, debug, and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues.
• Contribute to improving development workflows, automation, and CI / CD processes.
