Job description of Senior UX Designer

Position : Senior UX Designer

Location : Gurugram

Role Summary : The Senior UX Designer will lead the design strategy for key modules within Prospecta’s SaaS platforms, ensuring world-class user experiences driven by research, innovation, and consistency. This role requires ownership of the UI design system, mentorship of junior designers, and close alignment with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX research and analysis to define user needs, behavioral patterns, and product usability improvements.
• Drive design simplification, ensuring minimal training is needed for users to adopt the product.
• Produce advanced UI / UX for presales demos and solution showcases.
• Own and maintain the design system and component library, ensuring 100% compliance across development teams.
• Deliver high-fidelity prototypes, detailed design specs, and interaction guidelines one sprint ahead of development.
• Conduct design reviews and provide guidance to ensure consistency and best practices across the product.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, QA, and leadership to influence product direction and roadmap.
• Mentor and guide junior designers in design execution, process, and craft.
• Review design implementation quarterly for compliance and quality adherence.
