Role and Responsibilities :
- This person will be working on end-to-end recruitment.
- Create and implement a recruitment strategy.
- Source, attract, and screening candidates based on a well-detailed strategy.
- Collaborate with staff members or clients to understand what is required for specific technical roles.
- Should have knowledge about ATS and VMS.
- Worked on MSP’s Requirement.
- Conduct interviews using a variety of different methods
- Create a shortlist of candidates.
- Pipelining candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
- Full Life cycle recruiting of technical professionals for contract, full-time and direct Hire roles.
- Utilizing Job Board and creative sourcing techniques to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in Education section
What are we looking for :
Minimum 2 Years of experience in Education RecruitmentShould have experience working on below Requisitions like-SPED - Special education teachers, TVI - Teachers of the Visually Impaired, TDHH - Teachers of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TODHH) or Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) teachers, GenEd - General Education, SLP - Speech-Language Pathologist, OT - Occupational Therapist, PT - Physical Therapist, Teletherapy.Proficiency with LinkedIn recruiter and Bullhorn
