BMR Legal Advocates is a boutique law firm founded in 2010 specializing in the areas of Corporate International Tax, Transfer Pricing, GST, Customs & Trade, with expertise in litigation services, controversy management, strategic transaction advisory and policy.

Job Summary -

The Associate / Senior Associate will be responsible for managing client engagements which will be related to Direct tax. We follow no Work from Home policy except in exceptional circumstances.

Job description -

• Day-to-day tasks will include preparation of opinions, presentations, and proposals, researching and analyzing litigation issues, and preparing briefing notes / charts for income tax matters before ITAT, High Court and Supreme Court, including preparing paper books, research and preparation of the case for arguments.
• Experience in advisory work in Direct tax i.e. corporate tax, TP (transfer pricing) and international tax.
• Strong understanding and practical knowledge about Income tax act.
