Lead Java Full Stack Engineer (Angular)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the IQ product within the Identity Management system
• Triage, refine, and manage incidents effectively
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Fix bugs and verify resolutions
• Achieve unit test coverage and promote test automation
• Establish tools to monitor and control SLA adherence
• Process incoming requests for triage and resolution
• Support deployment processes, including hotfix releases
• Collaborate with new feature development teams for cross-team knowledge sharing
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Facilitate the change management process
• Coordinate with client-side support services at various levels
• Lead the engineering team on a day-to-day basis
