We are looking for an experienced Mobile Backend & Native Client Android Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing both mobile-specific backend services and mobile client applications in Android. You will work closely with backend engineers, mobile developers, and full-stack engineers to deliver the next-generation ServiceNow mobile app. Our senior engineers are known for their deep technical expertise and exceptional coding skills, producing high-quality software.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have :

Proven track record of managing a team of at least 5 developers for a minimum of four years.

A degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree from a reputable university, with a history of strong academic performance.

At least four years of hands-on experience in backend development, showcasing deep technical knowledge.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, foster teamwork, and inspire team members to excel.

A consistent career trajectory, reflecting stability and commitment, with minimal job-hopping.

Preference for candidates with leadership experience in top-tier companies within the tech industry.

Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.

Experience in mobile-oriented technologies, including Android, iOS, or backend systems, will be considered a strong advantage.
