Pioneer Growth : Strategic Business Development Manager - CBG Plant Solutions | Mumbai OR Noida | Bharat Energreen

Bharat Energreen is at the forefront of India's green energy revolution, pioneering sustainable solutions across waste-to-energy, CBG / CNG production, green diesel, and EV charging stations under our flagship brand 'EK BHARAT.' We are driving India towards an energy-independent, greener future.

We are seeking visionary and results-driven Strategic Business Development Managers to spearhead the acquisition of key clients for our advanced CBG Plant Solutions. These high-impact, on-site roles are open for professionals ready to unlock significant growth and establish long-term partnerships across India, based either in Mumbai (PIN 400053) or our Noida office (Sector 58).

Your Mission & Impact :

  • Strategic Client Acquisition : Identify, qualify, and secure new investors, industrial clients, and entrepreneurs for our CBG Plant Solutions.
  • End-to-End Sales Cycle Management : Drive the complete sales process from lead generation, comprehensive proposal development, technical & financial presentations, to complex negotiation and deal closure.
  • Market Insight & Strategy : Conduct deep market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, tailor solutions to client needs, and ensure alignment with national green energy mandates.
  • Financial & Technical Proposal Development : Collaborate with internal engineering and finance teams to craft compelling, comprehensive proposals, including detailed financial models and ROI projections.
  • Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders and high-level decision-makers.

What We're Looking For (Your Profile) :

  • Experience : Minimum 5 -7 years of progressive Business Development or Project Sales experience, with a proven track record of selling complex industrial projects, infrastructure, or capital goods. Direct experience in the Renewable Energy, Biofuels (CBG), Waste-to-Energy, or Oil & Gas sectors is highly preferred.
  • Technical & Financial Acumen : Ability to understand and articulate complex technical and financial aspects of CBG plant projects, including ROI calculations, to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic & Negotiation Skills : Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to effectively engage with CXO-level clients and investors.
  • Results-Driven : A strong entrepreneurial drive and a consistent record of achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA will be a distinct advantage.
