Java Architect :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage 2–3 agile PODs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and understand business requirements.
• Design scalable and secure end-to-end architecture for payment systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Guide technical teams in implementing best practices for software development, integration, and deployment.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Will be single POC acting as a development manager for 3 scrum teams
• Should have good communication skills to articulate technical and business concepts from leadership to engineers on the ground.
