Responsibilities

• Drive the design, development, and deployment of data center systems worldwide, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring strategic alignment across Engineering, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, and Fleet Deployment.
• Own the entire product lifecycle for critical data center software tools, from requirements and documentation (e.g., Business Requirements Document (BRD), Pilot Plan) through user acceptance testing, feedback collection, and continuous refinement for maximum uptime.
• Collaborate extensively with stakeholders to define project scope, manage intake of new features, provide resource visibility, and ensure accountability for planning and delivery.
• Support the development of people, processes, and tools to ensure efficient, predictable, and scalable delivery performance, contributing directly to data center uptime, defect, and cost reduction.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, youll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Youll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

We are the team of experts in systems architecture, interactions, and debug that will help maximize innovation, throughput time, and automation for Cloud Supply Chain and Server Operations (CSCO) teams. We are hyper-focused on the CSCSO users and represent the Product and Engineering teams (COSMIC, GCI, Platforms) to collaborate effectively on product strategy, research, requirements, development practices, make versus buy decisions, issues management, and feedback.

Metrics this role is intended to help the business deliver include : data center uptime, operational performance variation reduction, defect reduction, cost reduction.
