Talent Acquisition Executive - D2C

Location - Kirti Nagar (West Delhi)

Work Setup - On-site (5 days WFO + All Saturdays are WFH & Half Days)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for key functions across the D2C ecosystem — marketing, creative, growth, product, logistics, and customer experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives, including social media content, career fairs, and recruitment events.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience reflective of Fraganote’s culture and values.
