About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive GTM Tools Senior Analyst / Analyst with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and supporting a diverse suite of Go-To-Market (GTM) tools. This role is critical to driving operational efficiency, user enablement, and technology optimization across the revenue organization.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce, expertise in administering sales tools such

as CPQ, Outreach, Spotdraft, Mindtickle, and data intelligence platforms like ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Experience in managing complex integrations and workflows between Salesforce and GTM tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, workflows, process builders, validation rules, profiles, roles, permission sets, and flows.
  • Create and manage advanced reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support GTM teams.
  • Handle user access, security settings, and license management.
  • Serve as the primary admin and point of contact for GTM tools.
  • Ensure tools are fully functional, integrated, and optimized for business use.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution in coordination with vendors when needed.
  • Manage and monitor integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools to ensure data accuracy and system performance.
  • Partner with RevOps, SalesOps, and Marketing teams to maintain clean, actionable data and sync logic across platforms.
  • Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to build or enhance integrations as needed.
  • Identify automation opportunities and optimize sales workflows to drive productivity.
  • Train GTM teams on tool usage and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Document processes, system changes, and create user guides.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration with hands-on expertise in CPQ and GTM tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, workflow automation, and reporting.
  • Deep understanding of revenue technology stack, GTM motions, and sales operations workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating and supporting tools like Outreach, Mindtickle, ZoomInfo, Spotdraft,
  • etc.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech company.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and BI platforms is a bonus (e.g., HubSpot, Tableau).
  • Exposure to RevOps principles and working with GTM strategy teams.
  • Work Details :

    Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore (5 days a week from office).

    Shift : US Shift (5 : 30 PM 2 : 30 AM IST).
