We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client visits, pitching products / services, closing sales, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Visit potential customers to present and promote products
Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets
Maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
Submit reports and market feedback regularly

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of field sales experience preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)

Develop and maintain excellent client relationships. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets with integrity and professionalism. Ensure timely collection of client payments as per company norms. Candidate Profile : Experience : Freshers / up to 1 year of sales experience. Education : Any graduate (BBA, BA, B.Com, MBA pursuing or completed preferred). Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High energy, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn. Goal-driven and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
