We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client visits, pitching products / services, closing sales, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Visit potential customers to present and promote products

Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets

Maintain strong customer relationships

Follow up with leads and convert them into sales

Submit reports and market feedback regularly

Requirements

Requirements :

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of field sales experience preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)

Goal-oriented with a customer-first approach

Requirements

Responsibilities : Build a strong market presence at assigned venues. Identify prospects and convert leads into customers. Handle end-to-end sales : prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure. Develop and maintain excellent client relationships. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets with integrity and professionalism. Ensure timely collection of client payments as per company norms. Candidate Profile : Experience : Freshers / up to 1 year of sales experience. Education : Any graduate (BBA, BA, B.Com, MBA pursuing or completed preferred). Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High energy, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn. Goal-driven and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
