Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Team Lead,. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, conducting sales training, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The role includes monitoring team performance, providing customer service, and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement. The Sales Team Lead will collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
