Financial controller

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards, and implementing strategic initiatives, especially in transfer pricing and intercompany financial structuring. Preference will be given to candidates with experience from Big 4 firms (Pw C, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG).

The Financial Controller will oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Responsibilities :

Financial Planning, Reporting & Control

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Manage the preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS / GAAP
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets

Transfer Pricing & Compliance

Strategic Finance & Decision Support

Treasury, Cash Flow, and Working Capital Management

Audit & Regulatory Compliance
