Testing & Quality Expertise

5–6 years of hands-on experience testing web applications (ERP or eCommerce preferred).

Proficiency in manual testing, regression cycles, and defect management using JIRA or similar tools.

Experience designing and maintaining traceability matrices.

Familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium) and ability to review / update scripts.

Exposure to AI-driven testing tools for predictive defect detection or visual validation.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new frameworks, tools, and platforms.

Collaboration & Communication

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Experience coordinating with clients to deliver demos, gather feedback, and align on expectations.

Analytical & Organizational Abilities

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5–6 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance for web applications or enterprise software, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience in ERP or eCommerce domains is highly desirable and will be a strong advantage.

Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and defect tracking.

Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman, and performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner would be a plus.

Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Hands-on experience with AI-based testing tools or platforms is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
