Sperton Christos Group is seeking for their client a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant to join a dynamic team where your expertise in financial reporting, ledger management, payroll processing, and tax compliance will play a crucial role in the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Record Management : Accurately prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records, including sales, purchases, expenses, and banking transactions using Tally ERP 9.
• Reconciliation : Perform detailed bank account reconciliations, customer / vendor ledger reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.
• Payroll Processing : Manage and process payroll for employees, ensuring timely, accurate payments in compliance with company policies.
• Tax Compliance & Filing : Assist in preparing tax filings, GST returns, and audits, ensuring that financial records meet all regulatory requirements.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis : Generate financial reports for management, offering valuable insights to guide strategic decisions and enhance financial operations.
• Collaboration : Work with both internal teams and external consultants to streamline financial processes and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
• Problem Solving : Proactively identify financial discrepancies and address them immediately to maintain the integrity of financial data.
