Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist airport passengers with check-in boarding and baggage handling
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and other relevant information

• Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery

• Continuously update knowledge of airport and airline regulations and procedures Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with airport operations and regulations is a plus
