Job Overview The Clinical Associate CVTS position is a full-time junior-level role based in Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Navi Mumbai, and Thane. The role requires a minimum of one year of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will assist in cardiac surgery and clinical research, offering effective clinical assessment and support in a technologically advanced environment.

  • Qualifications and Skills : MBBS + MS General Surgery is mandatory
  • Experience in clinical research to contribute to the advancement of cardiac treatment methodologies (Mandatory skill).
  • Adept at cardiac surgery assistance, ensuring systematic support to cardiovascular surgeons during procedures (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong clinical assessment skills to evaluate patient conditions and plan appropriated treatment paths.
  • In-depth understanding of infection control practices to maintain a sterile and safe clinical environment.
  • Certified in basic life support to provide immediate, essential aid in life-threatening situations.
  • Competent in managing acute care scenarios, delivering timely and effective health interventions.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate efficiently with medical professionals across disciplines.
  • Roles and Responsibilities Assist in cardiac surgeries and procedures under the guidance of senior cardiovascular surgeons.
  • Contribute to clinical research projects that aim at improving cardiac healthcare outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to support accurate diagnosis and treatment plans.
  • Implement infection control measures to enhance patient safety and minimize healthcare-associated infections.
  • Perform and assist in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and basic life support in emergency situations.
  • Ensure proper documentation of patient records and surgical procedures as per hospital protocols.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients and their families, providing necessary care instructions and support.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient care and improve hospital service standards.
