Overview

We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior SEO Specialist who is both technical and strategic — someone who understands traditional SEO, local SEO, eCommerce SEO, and the rapidly evolving world of AI-driven search.

You will help shape our clients organic visibility by implementing scalable SEO frameworks designed for both classic search engines and next-generation AI platforms (SGE, Perplexity, ChatGPT Browse, Apple Spotlight, Bing Copilot, etc.).

This is a senior, hands-on execution role where you’ll manage end-to-end SEO operations, develop proposals, build reports, collaborate across teams, and communicate insights clearly to clients and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Technical SEO, On-page & Local SEO

Conduct advanced keyword research, topic clustering, search-intent mapping, and entity optimization.
Lead Local SEO optimization including GMB / GBP management, citations, local content strategies, reviews, NAP consistency, and local ranking improvements.
Optimize metadata, content structure, internal linking, schema / structured data, and overall site architecture.
Perform technical SEO audits focusing on :

Indexing, crawl depth, robots directives

Canonicals, hreflang, redirects

Core Web Vitals, mobileoptimization

Log file analysis & crawl budget efficiency

Work closely with developers to resolve technical issues and improve site performance.

Implement AI-assisted SEO tools for keyword planning, SERP intelligence, content optimization, and anomaly detection.

Optimize websites for AI search & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — ensuring content is discoverable in AI-generated answers, summaries, and conversational interfaces.

Digital PR & Authority Building

Build a sustainable, white-hat backlink acquisition strategy including outreach, editorial placements, and digital PR.

Manage citation building (especially for Local SEO), guest posting, influencer collaborations, and authority partnerships.

Conduct competitor link gap analysis, domain authority tracking, and toxic link auditing.

Use automation and AI to streamline outreach, contact segmentation, and link quality monitoring.

eCommerce SEO

Optimize product pages, category structures, faceted navigation, and internal search for large catalogs.

Implement structured data for product rich results (price, availability, reviews).

Improve crawl efficiency for eCommerce-scale sites through advanced indexing strategies.

Drive revenue-focused SEO by aligning organic performance with conversion and RPV metrics.

Collaborate with merchandising and product teams to improve discoverability and on-site experience.

Reporting, Proposal & Strategy Documentation

Create detailed proposals outlining SEO strategy, timeline, scope, deliverables, and measurable goals.

Prepare weekly and monthly reporting that translates complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients.

Track KPIs such as rank movement, traffic, conversions, engagement metrics, and backlink acquisition.

Build interactive dashboards using Looker Studio, Data Studio, or analytics platforms.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a concise and compelling way.

Cross Functional Collaboration & Communication

Collaborate with developers, designers, content creators, paid media, and analytics teams for unified growth strategy.

Guide writers with keyword optimization, topic briefs, entity enrichment, and on-page quality improvements.

Support paid search teams with SEO-PPC synergy insights and coordinated SERP domination strategies.

Stay ahead of search algorithm updates, AI search evolution, conversational search behaviors, and GEO best practices.

Communicate clearly and professionally — translating technical SEO concepts into client-friendly explanations.

Maintain exceptional written communication for proposals, reports, and client-facing documents.

Who you are (Who we are looking for)

A senior-level SEO professional with deep knowledge of technical SEO, on-page, off-page, local SEO, and eCommerce SEO.

Comfortable working across multi-site ecosystems, large content networks, and fast-moving environments.

Data-driven, analytical, and proactive — capable of building and executing SEO strategies end-to-end.

Exceptional communicator with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts in simple, client-friendly language.

Strong project manager — organized, autonomous, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Passionate about AI-era search , conversational interfaces, and the future of Generative Engine Optimization.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on SEO experience (technical, on-page, off-page, and AI-era SEO).

Proven success improving visibility, rankings, and revenue for multi-site or enterprise-scale projects.

Expertise in :

Google Search Console, GA4

Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz

Screaming Frog, Sitebulb

Surfer SEO, Clearscope,Jasper, ChatGPT

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, schema, Core Web Vitals, and page speed optimization.

Experience with Local SEO , citations, GBP optimizations, and local ranking factors.

Experience with eCommerce SEO , structured data, product optimization, and crawl management.

Excellent writing, reporting, presentation, and client communication skills (must-have).

Experience with AI search ecosystem placement : SGE, Perplexity, ChatGPT Browse, Bing Copilot, Apple Spotlight.
