Role Overview - We’re looking for a Junior Retention Analyst to support our user lifecycle and engagement efforts. The ideal candidate has hands-on exposure to customer engagement & retention platforms, with a solid grasp of user behavior, data analysis, and campaign performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities -
- Set up, run, and monitor retention campaigns (push, in-app, email, messages)
- Analyze retention metrics and customer behavior using cohort and funnel analysis
- Build and maintain dashboards to track user engagement, retention KPIs, and campaign performance
- Create user segments and support personalization strategies
- Conduct A / B tests and report results with actionable insights
- Collaborate with product, growth, and content teams to align messaging with user journeys
- Present insights regularly to stakeholders to guide campaign and product decisions
Skills & Qualifications -
0–2 years experience in CRM, retention marketing, or analyticsWorking knowledge of CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar toolsStrong analytical skills; familiarity with dashboards (e.g., in Google Data Studio, Tableau, or analytics tools)Comfortable with cohort analysis, user segmentation, and basic A / B testingBonus : Basic SQL, Excel / Google Sheets, or experience with data visualization
