Marketing Analytics Intern Performance Marketing Team

Project Purpose
We are onboarding a Marketing Analytics Intern to support the Performance Marketing team across critical analytics, experimentation, and martech initiatives. This intern will help improve reporting, assist with experimentation setups, and provide data-driven insights, contributing directly to performance optimization and customer experience enhancement.
Key Project Areas & Deliverables Analytics & Reporting
- Assist in maintaining and automating daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports across Google, Meta, and affiliate channels.
- Support the development of dashboards providing real-time insights into key marketing KPIs.
- Analyze uninstall trends, funnel metrics, and inflection points to support retention strategies.
Experimentation & Testing
Collaborate on setting up A / B tests, Conversion Lift Studies, and incrementality tests on Google and Meta.Assist with experiment monitoring, data collection, and analysis of results.Document experiment outcomes and help translate findings into actionable recommendations.Martech & Feed Optimization
Support feed optimization initiatives, including curation logic, catalog improvements, and automation enhancements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, product, marketing) to streamline feed and catalog operations.Customer Insights & Uninstall Analysis
Analyze customer data to identify trends in uninstall rates, churn, and retention.Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer retention strategies.Expected Outcomes by End of Internship
Delivery of 45 automated dashboards or reporting processes.Completion and documentation of 23 key experiments or tests with insights.Recommendations for uninstall rate improvement or customer retention strategies.Contributions to at least one martech / automation project or feed optimization initiative.Skills We Seek
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, SQL required, Python is a plus.Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) preferred.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Interest in experimentation, data visualization, and marketing automation.Strong communication skills and eagerness to collaborate across teams.Locations : Empire Plaza 2, Vikhroli, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
