Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare daily revenue, service operations, and spare-parts consumption reports.
Manage insurance finance operations including cashless process coordination, claim tracking, and receivables.
Drive revenue assurance, deferral accounting, and OMS–SAP reconciliation for Ola Care+.
Conduct warranty, goodwill, and service cost analysis with model / parts-wise insights.
Oversee spare-parts pricing, inventory variance analysis, and support system clean-up with IT.
Deliver ad-hoc analysis, management MIS, dashboards, and support monthly service revenue review.
Perform month-end closing activities related to service finance, warranty cost, and reconciliations.
Qualifications
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
4–7 years of experience in Business Finance / Service Finance / FP&A
Strong analytical ability and proficiency in Excel & SAP
Experience in service operations, revenue assurance, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively
