Overview of the role Join our team as a Lead Software Engineer and help transform how businesses engage with their customers through our innovative subscription management platform. You'll be at the forefront of building a low code / no code solution that empowers our B2B clients to deliver exceptional experiences to their end customers. Our platform is redefining what's possible in the subscription economy across three critical dimensions :
1. Crafting seamless, conversion-optimized checkout experiences that drive initial sign-ups 2. Building intuitive subscription management interfaces that keep customers engaged long-term 3. Developing sophisticated tools that help our clients acquire, retain, and expand their customer base

What you should have
Skills & Experience)
Technical Leadership - Proven track record leading end-to-end delivery of complex modules within a team environment - Ability to break down complex problems into manageable, executable tasks - Experience coordinating technical implementation across team members - Strong communicator who can articulate technical concepts clearly to peers and stakeholders
Technical Expertise - Overall 7-10 years of experience with recent minimum 3 years of full-stack development experience - Strong understanding of front-end technologies (React, Vue) and back-end frameworks (Java, Spring) - Experience designing and implementing microservices architecture - Proficiency in reactive programming paradigms and asynchronous processing - Expert debugging skills with demonstrated ability to navigate and troubleshoot complex codebases
Product & User Experience - Product-oriented mindset with ability to balance technical constraints and business objectives - Understanding of UX / UI principles and how they impact user engagement - Experience optimizing conversion funnels and user flows - Prior experience with checkout processes and customer portals is highly desirable
Process & Quality - Experience implementing and following SDLC best practices - Familiarity with monitoring tools and observability best practices - Commitment to comprehensive documentation and knowledge sharing - Track record of implementing automation to improve quality and efficiency - Experience with performance optimization and scalability challenges
