Senior Full Stack Developer - Java / React.js

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality software applications with a strong focus on performance and scalability
• Collaborate with designers, stakeholders, and fellow developers to create elegant and user-centric solutions
• Own end-to-end delivery - from concept to deployment and beyond
• Participate in client conversations to align technical solutions with business goals
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Build prototypes, MVPs, and production systems in lean cycles
• Contribute to internal learning sessions and represent the company at tech conferences
• Embrace continuous learning, mentorship, and feedback
• Lead with empathy, autonomy, and accountability in a fast-moving Skills :
• Solid understanding of CS fundamentals and software design principles
• Experience building distributed systems and owning production-grade projects
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks like React / Redux
• Experience with dynamic backend languages like Ruby (Rails), Python (Django / Flask), or PHP (Laravel)
• Working knowledge of statically typed languages such as Java, Go, C++, or Rust
• Strong experience with RDBMS such as PostgreSQL or MySQL; ability to optimize queries and interpret query plans
• Familiarity with bundling tools like Webpack, Parcel, Rollup, or esbuild
• Working knowledge of Linux, SSH, and basic server operations
• Exposure to Docker, and preferably Kubernetes for orchestration
