Head Dialysis Operations

We are hiring a Head Dialysis Operations to lead India & Global device operations for a fast-growing MedTech startup.

The Head – Dialysis Operations will be responsible for leading end-to-end dialysis delivery network, ensuring operational, clinical, and financial excellence across all centers. The role encompasses commissioning of new centers, business expansion through operational scale-up, performance optimization, and central command center oversight. This position will serve as the bridge between strategic growth objectives and on-ground operational execution, ensuring deliver world-class outcomes

Key Responsibilities

1. Commissioning & Expansion of Dialysis Centers

• Lead the setup, commissioning, and ramp-up of new dialysis centers across domestic and international markets.
• Develop and execute expansion strategies in alignment with growth roadmap — including greenfield centers, O&M models, and PPP partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for site readiness, regulatory clearances, installation of devices, and clinical onboarding.
• Ensure operational standardization, scalability, and cost efficiency across all new deployments.
