Job Summary :
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Consultant with a strong background in requirement gathering, design workshops, and technical solutioning. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Service Now's HR Service Delivery (HRSD) suite and demonstrate the ability to bridge business needs with technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with HR stakeholders and business users.
- Conduct design and solution workshops to finalize HRSD module configurations and customizations.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions leveraging HRSD best practices.
- Configure and implement HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and other HRSD features.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flows and solution design documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional ServiceNow teams (platform, ITSM, security, etc.) for integrations.
- Support UAT, deployments, and provide post-implementation support and enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience :
5+ years of overall ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years in HRSD implementation and support.Strong understanding of HR business processes and how they map to ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.Proven experience in conducting workshops, requirement analysis, and solution design.Hands-on experience with configuring HR Case types, templates, COEs, lifecycle events, and employee workflows.Familiarity with scoped applications, Flow Designer, and integration capabilities (REST / SOAP, MID Server).ServiceNow HRSD certification (preferred).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models.Exposure to other ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, or CSM is a plus.Knowledge of data security, access controls, and compliance in ServiceNowref : hirist.tech)
