Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation for all project phases.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and performance.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

Requirements :

  • A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is required.
  • Professional Project Management Certification (PMP / CAPM / CPM / MPM) from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years in managing real estate projects, including overseeing the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to completion.
  • Experience in selecting, evaluating, and managing relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure they meet project specifications and timelines.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methodologies.
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes, cost drivers, interior design principles, and fit-out specifications and building operations to effectively oversee project execution and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards is crucial.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills; proficient in both written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, team members, and upper management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • A strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising departmental teams.
  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment that promotes teamwork.
  • Proven managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to predict challenges proactively and seek solutions to head off obstacles.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and other relevant tools for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
