As a Client Growth Strategist at BusinessLabs you will play a hybrid role of a consultant strategist and closer. You ll be working closely with entrepreneurs using our directory-based SaaS platform to help them move from stuck to scaling. You ll guide them through product capabilities advise on growth strategies and close retainers all while acting as their trusted partner in growth.
This is not a traditional sales job. It s a high-impact role at the intersection of SaaS consulting and business development.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Consult with leads and clients to understand their goals and recommend tailored solutions.
Conduct 10 demo or consultative Zoom calls per week
Showcase the features and possibilities of Brilliant Directories software
Guide clients on smart use of existing tools and advanced features
Promote the Indian Dev Team as a partner for implementation and customization
Close paid growth retainers and track performance via CRM
Follow up via email LinkedIn WhatsApp and other channels
Host webinars growth sessions and support Zoom rooms
Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure client success.
Advocate for clients internally to improve tools training and services
Must-Have Skills
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong understanding of SaaS digital products and marketing funnels
Comfortable with Zoom consults screen shares and live demos
Strong follow-up game using CRM and tracking tools
Process-driven mindset with documentation skills
