Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM

Salary Range : 15000 to 40000 (Based on experience and skills)

Experience Required : 2 to 5 Years

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in GST TDS statutory compliances MIS reporting and have hands-on experience in Tally software and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle GST filing and compliance ensuring timely returns and adherence to statutory requirements.

Manage TDS deduction filing and compliance activities.

Oversee Accounts Payable operations including invoice verification payment processing and reconciliation.

Execute and monitor banking operations including transactions reconciliations and statement analysis.

Maintain and update records using Tally accounting software.

Administer payroll processing including salary disbursements deductions and documentation.

Ensure accurate and timely PF documentation and compliance.

Prepare MIS reports (monthly / quarterly / annual) for management decision-making.

Prepare financial reports assist in audits and support other accounting functions as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce Accounting or related field.

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

Strong proficiency in Tally and MS Office (especially Excel).

Sound knowledge of GST TDS PF Payroll and MIS reporting.

Excellent attention to detail organizational and communication skills.
