Key Responsibilities : Identify and pursue new partnership and business opportunities Develop and nurture long-term relationships to expand client base and increase revenue Maintain and grow existing accounts with a strong focus on client satisfaction Execute business development strategies with measurable results Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and delivery Think strategically and critically to ensure the success of initiatives
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field 4+ years of prior experience in business development, preferably within a relevant industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of achieving business targets and executing successful growth strategies Highly motivated, result-driven, and organized Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
