Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support new product development across the product categories, including pastry, bakery,

desserts, sandwiches, savouries, chocolate, and beverages

  • Study market trends and contribute to ideation
  • Recipe development, documentation, and costing
  • Define product presentation standards
  • Create SOPs to productionise standard recipes on a large scale
  • Train the production teams on standard recipes and SOPs
  • Supporting marketing in development of product descriptions, packaging, photo shoots, and
  • product demo videos.

    Candidate Profile - :

  • Hotel Management graduate with 7-8 years of experience in five-star hotels and / or
  • premium food retail

  • Strong experience in pastry and bakery
  • Exposure to hot & cold kitchen and general management of kitchen
  • Skills & Attitude
  • Strong alignment to Values & ethical principles
  • Strong technical understanding in pastry making and bakery
