Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis. This role will be based in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, or Delhi. The Recruiter will play a key part in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination activities, supporting our strategic hiring goals across various engineering domains.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience in candidate screening to identify and shortlist the best talent for various roles.
- Expertise in recruiting with a proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficient in sourcing techniques to discover and attract potential candidates across channels. (Mandatory skill)
- Capable of scheduling interviews efficiently to maintain a seamless recruitment flow.
- Good understanding of Human Resources principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple positions and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to meet recruitment objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct sourcing activities across various platforms to identify potential candidates.Screen resumes and applications to evaluate job fit and qualifications of candidates.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records efficiently.Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.Arrange and conduct candidate assessments as per company protocols.Update the recruitment management system with accurate candidate information and status updates.Assist in employment offers and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with company policies.
