Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Physician (MD / DNB General Medicine) at Isha Medicare Multi Speciality Hospitals. The physician will provide comprehensive medical care, diagnose and manage a wide spectrum of health conditions, and focus on primary and preventive care for patients of all ages. The role involves examining patients, establishing accurate diagnoses, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and offering expert advice on health management and prevention strategies. The physician will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and supervise medical staff as required. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations, perform thorough examinations, and document clinical findings. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across various age groups, providing both inpatient and outpatient care. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and best medical practices. Provide health education, preventive care advice, and counseling to patients and families. Collaborate with specialist teams and ensure seamless multidisciplinary care. Participate in continuing medical education, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Supervise junior medical staff and provide training and support to nurses and allied health professionals. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, clinical guidelines, and ethical standards. Maintain accurate and timely patient records using the hospital's electronic medical record system. Qualifications MD / DNB in General Medicine from a recognized medical institution. Valid medical licensure and certifications as per local regulatory requirements. 3-5 years of post-MD / DNB clinical experience in a hospital setting. Expertise in primary care, diagnostics, and management of medical conditions. Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and patient management skills. Proven ability to provide training and guidance to healthcare teams. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
