Assistant Manager - Operations Retail

We are looking for Assistant Manager - Operations for our Pharma Retail Chain preferably from Pharma Retail Industry with relevant experience.

Location : Gurgaon

Qualification : D. Pharma / B. Pharma

Experience : 8-10 yrs

OBJECTIVE :

1. Conduct SAP visits to supervise pharmacy retail services and store maintenance.

2. Assist the Regional Head Operations in the implementation of operational SOPs and customer satisfaction tools.

3. Coordinate with other SAP functions of Projects Logistics Marketing HR Finance and IT to achieve short and long term business objectives.

Projects :

1. Liaison with the Projects team for signage and preparation of interiors in opening of SAP.

Operations & customer service :

1. Practice customized operational SOPs and documentation.

2. Increase customer satisfaction scores and analyze customer feedback on monthly basis.

4. Encourage and direct supervisors and staff for higher sales performance.

Finance & MIS :

1. Prepare SAP monthly sales performance report and guide supervisors to increase bottom line.

2. Prepare customer database for assigned SAPs.

3. Capture substitute sales generic & private labelling sales impulse purchase of FMCG door deliveries ATM registration SAP expenses.

4. Coordinate with the auditors team for SAP audit.

HR :

1. Coordinate with HR

a) To ensure induction new hire training and OJT are delivered to the assigned

b) To monitor staff shifts and duties authorize leave and availability of trained staff in SAP.

2. Deliver training to supervisors and staff for continuous improvements.
