Role Overview
The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for GoKhana, ensuring timely hiring for Operations, Sales, Kitchen, and Support functions. This role requires strong sourcing experience, speed, ownership, and the ability to hire for multi-location projects with tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle hiring : understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Hire for key roles such as :
- Operations Executives / Managers
- Sales & Business Development Executives
- Kitchen Staff (CDP, DCDP, Commis levels)
- Site Managers / Cafeteria Staff
- Corporate roles (HR, Finance, Admin, Support,Sales)
- Ensure closures within the defined SLA.
2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
Source candidates through Job portals, referrals, social networks, and field walk-ins.Build and maintain a strong talent pool for recurring roles.Drive employee referral programs and track ROI.3. Screening & Evaluation
Conduct telephonic screening to assess candidate fit, experience, and salary expectations.Coordinate interview rounds with Operations Managers, Sales Leads, and HR.Schedule and manage interviews through Zoho Recruit .4. Offer Management & Onboarding Coordination
Prepare salary fitments, negotiate salaries, and release offers.Coordinate joining dates with Operations & HR.Ensure all pre-joining documents are collected from candidates.Work with HR Ops to support Day-1 onboarding.5. Recruitment Reporting & Analytics
Maintain daily, weekly & monthly hiring trackers.Share MIS reports on :Open positionsPipeline statusOffer-to-join ratioAttrition-linked hiringUpdate Zoho Recruit with accurate statuses.
