Responsibility -
- Proficient knowledge in telephony infrastructure and design, including PBX, VoIP and SIP trunking, IVR, SBC, Media Gateways
- Clear concept of Manual Testing of VoIP, Web, Mobile App Testing and API Testing
- Expertise in creating test plans for system level, subsystem level, and feature level testing.
- Proficient in writing test scenarios and test cases for comprehensive software testing, including both positive and negative cases.
- Additionally, the candidates should have exposure to AI-driven testing approaches, such as using AI tools for test case generation, call flow analysis, automation assistance in VoIP system.

- Ownership of end-end delivery of assigned responsibilities.
- Established knowledge of the practices and principles of telecommunication systems analysis, planning, design, and problem resolution.
- Experience in use of Softphones and IP Phones or any SIP traffic generating tool like SIPp tool
- Experience with Bug reporting in Agile framework using any bug tracking tools.
- Proven troubleshooting skills utilizing protocol Analyzer applications such as WireShark, Fiddler, etc.
- Having experience in mobile app testing, UC Testing and Mobile VoIP dialer testing
