What You'll Do on a Typical Day :

• The role includes working on access to Client SNAP tool
• Responsible to identify missing hotel invoices within SNAP (tool), and chase invoices with hotel vendors directly
• Responsible to update SNAP accurately with hotel VAT information for each hotel invoice
• Updating SNAP daily in line with Service Level Agreement
• Liaise with UK account Team Leader and Client Manager to provide updates / raise queries as required
• Adhere to strict compliance guidelines regarding SNAP access
• Responsible to activate and manage the NDC content on multiple OBTs
• Support MIHD Level 1 team in creating DK / CAP AIM Profiles
• Analyze and share Billing and Settlement Invoices for the client
