Senior ESG Research Analyst

SustainoMetric, an on-demand ESG Research firm based in The Netherlands, is seeking to expand its ESG Research team. We are looking for Senior ESG Research Analyst with at least 2+ year(s) of experience in ESG ratings research.

A Senior ESG research analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing company’s performance across various ESG metrics. Daily tasks would include identifying, reviewing and analyzing company documents such as sustainability reports, annual reports, and proxy filings available on Company website, and processing relevant qualitative and quantitative information in line with the client methodology / framework.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-depth research, and review of companies in line with the ESG methodology / framework
• Perform quality checks on ESG assessments completed by other team members
• Deliver on individual and team targets while ensuring high quality research
• Engage with ESG analysts to address day-to-day queries
• Provides ideas / suggestions for new collection methods and process improvements
