Position Title : Digital Producer

Job Description :

The Digital Producer will support Albertsons Companies in creating, authoring, and managing content across all Albertsons banners on both websites and apps in AEM ( Adobe Experience Manager). This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of content, adhering to brand and accessibility guidelines, and maintaining an error-free user experience across digital touchpoints.

The Digital Producer will oversee the authoring, content workflow, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all authored content aligns with project specifications and business goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities :

  • Author and manage components and experience fragments across all authorable pages, including landing pages, homepages, and other key content areas across Albertsons websites and apps.
  • Ensure all authored content displays correctly, adhering to design, accessibility, and business requirements.
  • Oversee campaign workflows using a project management system, ensuring the timely completion of authoring tasks and providing feedback to requesters.
  • QA and troubleshoot content-related issues to ensure content is correctly displayed and fully functional before launch.
  • Monitor and validate key user journeys, ensuring an optimal experience for customers interacting with authored content.
  • Ensure content is accurately published and adheres to project specifications, brand standards, and accessibility guidelines.
  • Support and troubleshoot technical issues that may prevent content from displaying correctly on both web and app platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, UX, and technology, to align content execution with business priorities.
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and efficiency while working within a fast-paced, high-volume digital production environment.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years of experience authoring content in AEM or other enterprise CMS platforms
  • Proven experience in digital content publishing across websites and apps.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices (W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and how content impacts search visibility.
  • Experience using project management tools (JIRA, monday.com, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Desired Skills & Attributes :

  • Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) or similar CMS tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting content display issues.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and solution oriented.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Mandatory Skills Required :

  • Experience authoring content in AEM or enterprise CMS (Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Experience creating new pages in AEM
  • Experience publishing content in AEM
  • Experience in building landing pages and managing their content.
  • Experience working with content on Apps and general app experience
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency.
  • Experience working in project management systems (Monday.com would be helpful but not required)
  • Nice to have skills :

  • Proven experience with AEM experience fragments, workflows, and Multi-Site Manager (MSM).
  • Familiarity with variations and versions for location-based targeting in AEM
  • Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS.
  • Front-end QA experience
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in digital content production, with a strong focus on AEM.
  • Jira / confluence experience
  • Basic Figma knowledge
  • Basic SEO proficiency
  • Previous experience working with QA automation scripts
  • Some technical background
