Job Title : Assistant Manager / Sr Engineer – Mechanical Design

Location : Noida

Job Purpose :

To execute design and detailed engineering activities for Bulk Material Handling Systems in accordance with project requirements, company standards, and client specifications. The role involves preparation of design layouts, equipment detailing, and material specifications under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), general arrangement drawings (GAs), and equipment layouts for bulk material handling systems.
• Carry out detailed design and engineering calculations for conveyors, chutes, silos, hoppers, feeders, and related components.
• Prepare technical datasheets, BOQs, and material take-offs (MTOs) for project execution.
• Assist in preparation of technical specifications for mechanical equipment and components.
• Review and incorporate client comments, vendor inputs, and interdisciplinary feedback in design documents.
• Generate fabrication drawings and coordinate with draftsmen for detailing.
• Support senior engineers in design validation, design optimization, and resolving design-related issues during manufacturing and site execution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, safety norms, and quality requirements .
• Maintain accurate design documentation, revision control, and drawing records.
• Participate in design review meetings and provide technical support to other project functions (procurement, project execution, quality).
